Who we are

Contact form and emails

When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, company (if given), the topic you choose and your message.

  • Why: to read and answer your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence.
  • Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a possible agreement, and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
  • How long: we keep messages for up to 2 years, then delete them, unless they become part of a contract or we must keep them longer by law.
  • Who processes it for us: Web3Forms delivers form messages to our inbox, and Google Workspace hosts our email.

Website statistics (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, for example which pages are visited, from which country and on which type of device. Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_…) that recognise a returning browser, for up to 2 years. Google receives your IP address in shortened form; we do not use the data to identify you and do not combine it with other data.

  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • How long: statistics are kept in Google Analytics for up to 14 months.
  • Your choice: you can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Hosting, fonts and security

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. Your language choice (English or Estonian) is saved only in your own browser and is not sent to us.

Transfers outside the EU

Google, Cloudflare and Web3Forms may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to info@mpartners.io and we will reply within one month.

You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), www.aki.ee.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decision-making.
